Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Call recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@grademyclose.com.
We use the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database & auth), OpenAI (call analysis), Deepgram (audio transcription), and Stripe (payments). Each service has their own privacy policy and handles data in accordance with their terms.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile in Settings or contact us at support@grademyclose.com to request full data deletion.
