Closer $10k–$15k OTE
We’re looking for a proven High-Ticket Closer to join a growing business coaching company helping female coaches build and scale their businesses through stronger positioning, personal branding and organic Instagram.
This is a high-performance sales role for an experienced closer with a strong track record of personally generating cash collected.
The company has been operating for 4+ years and currently sells 6-month coaching programmes ranging from €5,800 to €20,000. The business currently generates approximately $45k-$130k per month in cash collected and is looking for a closer capable of taking ownership of significant sales volume.
### The Role
You’ll be taking qualified sales calls generated primarily through Meta ads and organic Instagram.
Current show rates are approximately 80-90%, with the existing founder/sales-manager sales process closing around 30-40%.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Running consultative high-ticket sales calls
- Understanding the prospect’s business, goals and current challenges
- Leading strong discovery rather than relying on scripted surface-level questions
- Selling the transformation and outcome of the programme
- Handling investment, trust, partner and previous-coaching objections
- Maintaining authority and control throughout the sales process
- Following up effectively with qualified prospects who don’t close on the first call
- Accurately tracking your sales activity and performance
The performance target for this role is approximately $100,000 in personally generated cash collected per month.
### Compensation
**10-15% of cash collected**, negotiable based on experience and track record.
**OTE: $10,000-$15,000+ per month**
### What We’re Looking For
You should have:
- 2+ years of proven high-ticket closing experience
- A strong, verifiable track record of personally generated cash collected
- Experience selling high-ticket coaching, consulting or similar transformation-based offers
- Experience selling offers in the €5k-$20k range
- Strong consultative discovery and objection-handling skills
- The ability to sell confidently without relying on founder authority
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- The ability to perform in an established sales environment without needing basic sales training
Previous experience selling business coaching, personal branding, creator or entrepreneur-focused offers is strongly preferred.
### Schedule
This can be a **full-time or part-time** role.
You must be available on **weekdays** and able to cover **US and/or EU sales hours**.
English fluency is required. German is a bonus, but not essential.

# High-Ticket Closer | Real Estate Coaching
We're hiring an experienced **High-Ticket Closer** to join a growing coaching company helping real estate agents turn content into qualified leads, appointments and closed deals.
## The Offer
You'll be selling a **6-month, 1-to-1 coaching programme** that helps real estate agents build a content and conversion system using organic content, AI, better messaging and sales systems.
The goal isn't simply to help agents get more views or followers. It's to help them turn their content into actual business.
**Core offer: $6,000 USD**
Prospects are highly qualified and primarily come through paid advertising, organic inbound, the existing database, referrals and the setting team.
Current show rate is approximately **70%**.
## The Role
You'll be responsible for running consultative sales calls with real estate agents who have already expressed an interest in the programme.
This is not a heavily scripted, pressure-based sales environment.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Run strong discovery
- Understand the prospect's current business and lead-generation situation
- Identify the real problem behind their lack of results
- Ask strong follow-up and reflective questions
- Maintain control of the sales conversation
- Handle objections confidently
- Build certainty around the offer and implementation
- Close qualified prospects without relying on pressure tactics
You'll initially receive approximately **2-3 booked calls per day**.
As you demonstrate that you can consistently close, additional calendar volume will be made available.
## Compensation
This is a **commission-only role**.
You'll earn:
**10% of cash collected**
Plus:
**$500 bonus at $50k cash collected**
**+$250 for every additional $25k collected**
Commission is paid **weekly**.
You'll also continue receiving commission on payment-plan collections and applicable future upsells from clients you've closed.
**Realistic expected earnings: $6,500+ per month / approximately $75k+ per year.**
## Performance Expectations
We're looking for a closer capable of maintaining at least a **20-25% close rate**.
The current sales environment is performing at approximately **30% average close rate**, with the offer owner closing at approximately **45%**.
You'll be expected to ramp quickly, with a target of reaching approximately a **20% close rate within your first two weeks**.
## Who We're Looking For
You should have:
- At least **6 months of high-ticket sales experience**
- Previous experience selling offers worth **$3,000+**
- Experience closing similar ticket sizes
- Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
- Confidence handling qualified inbound prospects
- The ability to take coaching and implement feedback quickly
- Strong personal accountability
- A track record of performing without requiring constant sales training
Previous experience selling into **real estate** is preferred, but isn't essential.
The culture is lighthearted and enjoyable, but performance is taken seriously. The team likes to have fun when the numbers are being hit.
## Schedule
This is a **full-time, fully remote position**.
You must be based in the **US or Canada** and available across the required US sales hours.
You'll need good calendar availability across at least **5 days per week**, with some weekend availability preferred.

- Regular call reviews
The goal is to get you comfortable with the offer and taking live calls quickly, typically within your **first week**.
