Setters for Premium College Counseling Offer

We run a matchmaking service that connects families with vetted, top-tier independent college counselors. Families come to us through paid ads and a qualifier quiz, so every lead is warm and pre-screened — no cold calling. We're looking for a setter to own the family-facing call: get on with parents (and sometimes the student), understand their goals, timeline, and budget, build real value around working with a counselor, and get them booked — and actually showing up — for a call with their matched counselor. The counselor closes the engagement; your job is to qualify, build trust, and lock in a confirmed, high-intent appointment. You'll work warm inbound leads booked through our funnel, log everything in our CRM (GoHighLevel), and run our confirmation/reminder sequence to maximize show rate. Success = booked calls that leads to them buying a package from our counselors. Comp: 4% of total ticket price (avg. $15k) if counselor closes the family you pass on . Lead volume: ~[20]/week.
