Setters for Legal AI / Document Automation Offer

We're looking for an ambitious Appointment Setter to join DocBridge, an AI-powered legal technology company transforming how personal injury law firms manage document intake. Founded by an experienced attorney frustrated with manual document processing, DocBridge automatically ingests, extracts, matches and uploads medical records, police reports and insurance documents directly into a law firm's case management system, eliminating hours of manual work. This is an opportunity to join a well-funded startup led by experienced founders with backgrounds in law, AI, venture capital and enterprise technology. The team is building with long-term growth in mind, including a clear path toward acquisition, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow alongside the business. What You'll Be Doing Cold call plaintiff personal injury law firms across the United States. Identify firms that fit the ideal customer profile. Speak with decision-makers. Qualify opportunities. Book product demonstrations for the closing team. Maintain accurate CRM records. Work closely with the founders to refine messaging and improve results. Compensation Performance-based compensation. $100 per demo booked. +$50 per lawyer. Paid monthly. Paid on cash collected. Expected OTE: $4,000 to $5,500 per month. Top performers expected to earn $5,500 to $8,000+ per month. What We're Looking For SaaS or Legal Tech experience preferred. Comfortable making outbound cold calls. Strong communication skills.
