Setters for High-Ticket Health Coaching | $8,500 Offer | Warm Paid Leads

PhoneSet is building the phone-setting operation for an established alternative-health and wellness coaching business generating $3M–$6M in monthly revenue, with an $8,500 flagship program and offers starting at $5,000. The business generates approximately 3,000 paid leads per day across its operation and invests heavily in advertising. We are building a dedicated setting team to turn more of that existing demand into qualified sales appointments. Lead volume is business-wide, not a per-setter allocation. Your focus: call warm opt-ins, reconnect with no-shows and cancellations, qualify interest, book or rebook appointments, and follow through on confirmations. You will work leads that already engaged with the business—not build your own audience or prospect from scratch. This is an opportunity to join a setting operation early, with scripts, coaching, CRM systems and performance feedback. We want consistent callers who can build trust, keep accurate notes and turn real conversations into bookings. Ticket size: $5k–$8.5k.
