Setters for German Lead Generation Offer

We’re looking for German-speaking Outbound Setters to join established B2B marketing agencies specialising in lead generation. You’ll be making outbound calls to warm lead lists, speaking with business owners and booking qualified appointments. The agencies already have established lead databases and continuously run campaigns to keep the pipeline full. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career. Only 0–3 months of experience is required. What we’re looking for: German-speaking 0–3 months sales/setting experience Confident on the phone Coachable and willing to improve Consistent and reliable Available across US/CA hours Earning potential: $4,000–$7,000/month OTE after tax. Existing setters are currently generating approximately $50k–$100k/month each. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with 5–10 positions available. Ticket size: $3k–$15k.
