We're hiring an experienced Inbound Sales Setter to join a fast-growing e-commerce business with a significant volume of inbound leads. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys being on the phone and wants to earn based on performance. The Opportunity You'll be working with people who have already expressed an interest in building or growing an e-commerce business. The business generates 1,000+ new inbound leads per day, so there is no shortage of people to speak to. Your job is to contact fresh leads quickly, understand their situation and goals, qualify them properly and book strong prospects onto a 30-minute strategy call with the closing team. This isn't about stuffing a calendar with appointments. We want setters who understand that appointment quality, show rate and ultimately sales matter. What You'll Be Selling The business operates within the e-commerce and dropshipping space, helping customers build and grow online businesses. Offers range from approximately $500-$1,000 on the front end, with customers able to progress into higher-ticket programmes and support worth approximately $4,000-$7,000. What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for: Contacting fresh inbound leads quickly Making high volumes of calls each day Qualifying prospects and understanding their goals Building rapport and handling initial objections Booking qualified prospects with the closing team Following up via phone and SMS Re-engaging leads who don't answer initially Keeping the CRM accurate and organised Helping maximise booking and show rates Properly positioning prospects before handing them to the closer Performance Expectations This is a high-activity phone sales role. You should be comfortable working towards approximately: 250 dials per day OR 3 hours of talk time Strong performance would also include: Around 5 qualified bookings per day Approximately 30-35% booking rate 45%+ show rate We're looking for someone who can maintain this level of activity consistently without sacrificing the quality of the appointments they're setting. Compensation $1,500/month base + performance-based commission There is additional earning potential as performance and cash collected increase. Top performance within this sales environment has previously reached approximately $5,000/month total earnings. Who We're Looking For You'll be a strong fit if you: Have previous appointment-setting or phone sales experience Are comfortable working a high volume of inbound leads Can consistently maintain high call activity Build rapport quickly and naturally Know how to qualify rather than simply book anyone Are confident handling initial objections Have strong follow-up habits Are organised with CRM management Are coachable, competitive and consistent Can work independently without needing constant management Previous experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, coaching or online business offers is useful, but isn't essential. We'd rather hire a proven high-volume setter with strong numbers than someone with average sales ability who simply happens to know e-commerce. Schedule This is a full-time role covering US hours, 5 days per week. Some weekend availability is required. Because you're working fresh inbound enquiries, speed-to-lead matters. You need to be available and actively working during your assigned hours.
