Before you ever touch the phones, you'll go through our training program, it's included free and it's dialed in. We run a tight, organized team and we set our people up to win. This is real B2B. You're talking to owners and decision makers, not homeowners. Comp is performance based with real upside, and the setters who produce move into closing roles as we scale.
