We are not looking for beginner sales reps. This role is for proven SDRs who understand outbound, can handle volume, manage objections, and consistently create qualified opportunities. If you have never worked in a high-performance sales environment, struggled with consistency, or need to be chased for output, this is not the place for you. We are building with people who already know the standard. You should have experience with cold calling, follow-up systems, CRM management, pipeline organization, and booking qualified appointments, not just “trying sales.” This is for competitive, disciplined operators who take ownership, move with urgency, and want to sharpen their edge.
