We're recruiting for a growing US-based athletic performance company that's looking for a seriously hungry, driven appointment setter. The earning potential is there, but let's be clear: you'll have to work for it. This role requires consistent daily calling, relentless follow-up and the discipline to keep going when prospects don't answer or say no. The Opportunity: Commission only: 10% of cash collected Target earnings: $6k–$10k/month (not guaranteed) Warm inbound leads, paid advertising and an existing pipeline of 1,000+ prospects High-ticket offers ranging from $2k–$5k Full-time, US Eastern hours Opportunity to grow with an expanding company Who we're looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone, is comfortable making high volumes of calls and understands that success comes from consistency and persistence. You need to be coachable, disciplined, resilient and willing to put in the work every single day. A genuine interest in fitness and knowledge of American sports is a big plus.
