Setters for Athletic Performance Offer

ProTrain is one of the fastest-growing youth sports performance companies in the United States, helping young athletes become faster, stronger and more explosive through data-driven coaching. We're looking for an ambitious Appointment Setter who isn't afraid of hard work. You'll be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, speaking with parents of youth athletes, and booking consultations for our sales team. This isn't a role for someone who counts the hours. It's for someone who enjoys competing, thrives on activity and wants to be rewarded based on results. What You'll Be Doing Call inbound and outbound leads. Qualify prospects. Book consultations for the closer. Follow up with existing leads. Update the CRM. Attend daily team meetings. Consistently hit activity targets. Compensation Commission only. 10% commission on cash collected. Paid bi-weekly. Performance bonuses available. Expected OTE: $6,000 to $10,000+ per month.
