We're looking to bring on three DM setters to run outbound lead generation for our content creation and digital marketing services — working a list of creator leads, sliding into their dms, sparking real conversations, and booking them onto a sales call. no scripts, no robotic energy — just someone who knows how to build trust fast and close. this is commission-only: you'll earn 5% of revenue driven over a creator's first 30 days. average earnings per creator closed around $1,000, with no cap on how many you bring on. full training and ongoing support are provided. - work an outbound list of creator leads across social platforms - open cold dm conversations that build real rapport, not copy-paste lines - qualify interest and handle objections in the conversation - book qualified creators onto our sales call - manage your own pipeline and follow-up Ticket size: $5k–$50k.
