CSMs for Affiliate Marketing Offer

We’re looking for a high-level Customer Success Manager / Delivery Manager for a fast-growing TikTok Shop Affiliate offer in the affiliate marketing & digital marketing space. This is not a basic support role. We need someone who can eventually become the operational leader of the delivery side of the business — managing students, improving retention/results, organizing systems, helping with onboarding, handling community dynamics, and becoming the main point of contact between the company and our clients. The ideal candidate already understands: - TikTok Shop Affiliate - Affiliate marketing ecosystems - Social media growth - Digital marketing fundamentals - Viral short-form content - Organic traffic strategies - Monetization through content Bonus points if you have: - Experience managing communities/coaching programs - Experience with creators or affiliate teams - Understanding of TikTok organic growth & product promotion - Leadership/management experience - Strong communication & organizational skills - Fluent/native-level English This role starts as a coaching/customer success position, but the goal is to grow into a full delivery manager role overseeing operations and client success inside the program. We’re looking for someone proactive, hungry, highly organized, and obsessed with client results. Ticket size: $5k.
