# High-Ticket Closer | Real Estate Coaching We're hiring an experienced **High-Ticket Closer** to join a growing coaching company helping real estate agents turn content into qualified leads, appointments and closed deals. ## The Offer You'll be selling a **6-month, 1-to-1 coaching programme** that helps real estate agents build a content and conversion system using organic content, AI, better messaging and sales systems. The goal isn't simply to help agents get more views or followers. It's to help them turn their content into actual business. **Core offer: $6,000 USD** Prospects are highly qualified and primarily come through paid advertising, organic inbound, the existing database, referrals and the setting team. Current show rate is approximately **70%**. ## The Role You'll be responsible for running consultative sales calls with real estate agents who have already expressed an interest in the programme. This is not a heavily scripted, pressure-based sales environment. We're looking for someone who can: - Run strong discovery - Understand the prospect's current business and lead-generation situation - Identify the real problem behind their lack of results - Ask strong follow-up and reflective questions - Maintain control of the sales conversation - Handle objections confidently - Build certainty around the offer and implementation - Close qualified prospects without relying on pressure tactics You'll initially receive approximately **2-3 booked calls per day**. As you demonstrate that you can consistently close, additional calendar volume will be made available. ## Compensation This is a **commission-only role**. You'll earn: **10% of cash collected** Plus: **$500 bonus at $50k cash collected** **+$250 for every additional $25k collected** Commission is paid **weekly**. You'll also continue receiving commission on payment-plan collections and applicable future upsells from clients you've closed. **Realistic expected earnings: $6,500+ per month / approximately $75k+ per year.** ## Performance Expectations We're looking for a closer capable of maintaining at least a **20-25% close rate**. The current sales environment is performing at approximately **30% average close rate**, with the offer owner closing at approximately **45%**. You'll be expected to ramp quickly, with a target of reaching approximately a **20% close rate within your first two weeks**. ## Who We're Looking For You should have: - At least **6 months of high-ticket sales experience** - Previous experience selling offers worth **$3,000+** - Experience closing similar ticket sizes - Strong discovery and objection-handling skills - Confidence handling qualified inbound prospects - The ability to take coaching and implement feedback quickly - Strong personal accountability - A track record of performing without requiring constant sales training Previous experience selling into **real estate** is preferred, but isn't essential. The culture is lighthearted and enjoyable, but performance is taken seriously. The team likes to have fun when the numbers are being hit. ## Schedule This is a **full-time, fully remote position**. You must be based in the **US or Canada** and available across the required US sales hours. You'll need good calendar availability across at least **5 days per week**, with some weekend availability preferred. ## Training & Support You'll receive: - Offer and product training - Sales scripts and SOPs - Objection-handling resources - Recorded sales calls - CRM training - Live coaching - Regular call reviews The goal is to get you comfortable with the offer and taking live calls quickly, typically within your **first week**.
