## High-Ticket B2B Closer | $15k–$25k/Month OTE **25 qualified appointments a week. $12k–$25k offers. $15k–$25k/month realistic OTE.** We're looking for proven **High-Ticket B2B Closers** to join an established consulting company helping marketing agency owners scale. This isn't an offer waiting for a closer to fix the sales engine. The business has operated since 2019, generates approximately **$150k/month**, and already has the setters, lead generation, training and sales infrastructure in place to scale. ### The Opportunity * **$12k, $19k & $25k** consulting programmes * Around **25 qualified appointments/week** * Approximately **90% qualified leads** * Paid, organic, outbound & database lead flow * Daily coaching, call reviews & ongoing training * More volume available as you demonstrate capacity **Target once ramped:** 40+ live calls → 10+ closes → **$150k–$200k cash collected/month** ### Compensation **100% commission** * 10% cash collected * 11% paid-in-full * 12% self-generated * **Up to 20% during your first month** **Realistic OTE: $15k–$25k/month** ### We're Looking For This is for someone who can already close. * Proven **high-ticket B2B closing** track record * Experience selling **$12k+ coaching/consulting** * Strong, verifiable KPIs * Marketing agency experience highly desirable * Excellent spoken English ### Commitment **Full-time | No weekends | UK, Europe or US East Coast** We're looking for someone who wants to commit to one offer, master it and compound their performance rather than continually jumping between opportunities.
