Closers for Female Personal Branding Offer

We're looking looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join a rapidly growing business coaching brand helping female coaches build and scale profitable businesses through personal branding, Instagram organic growth and proven business systems. The business is currently tracking toward approximately $130K cash collected this month, and we're now expanding the sales team to support the next stage of growth. You'll be selling established 6-month coaching programmes with offers ranging from approximately €5,800 to €20,000. This is not a role for somebody learning how to close. We're looking for an experienced closer who can take qualified opportunities, run excellent discovery, understand the prospect's real business challenges, handle objections confidently and close at a consistently high level. The Opportunity You'll be joining an established brand with: Strong inbound demand through Meta advertising and Instagram organic A significant existing social media audience 80 to 90% show rates Current close rates around 30 to 40% High-ticket programmes with proven demand Significant room to increase sales capacity The company currently has its sales manager handling the majority of closing, so we're looking for someone capable of coming in and becoming a major revenue producer. What You'll Be Selling ConfidentlyWomen provides 6-month business coaching programmes helping female coaches grow and monetise their businesses. Current offers include: €5,800 Core Programme €20,000 Premium Programme Prospects are primarily coaches and personal brands looking to improve their positioning, organic acquisition and overall business growth. Compensation 10 to 15% commission on cash collected, depending on experience and track record. OTE: $10,000 to $15,000+ per month Target performance is approximately $100K cash collected per month. What We're Looking For You should have: 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience A strong, verifiable cash-collected track record Experience selling coaching, consulting or personal-branding offers Excellent discovery and objection-handling skills Strong commercial awareness Confidence selling €5K to €20K programmes Excellent spoken English Strong follow-up and pipeline management The ability to operate independently and perform without constant management Experience selling business coaching or personal branding would be particularly valuable. German fluency would also be useful, although it is not required. Hours Fully remote. Weekday availability required. Most appointments currently book from approximately 2 PM UK time onwards, so we're particularly interested in candidates who can comfortably cover UK/European afternoons and evenings or US working hours.
