Closers for Biz-Opp Coaching Offer

We’re looking for a proven High-Ticket Closer to join a growing business coaching company helping female coaches build and scale their businesses through stronger positioning, personal branding and organic Instagram. This is a high-performance sales role for an experienced closer with a strong track record of personally generating cash collected. The company has been operating for 4+ years and currently sells 6-month coaching programmes ranging from €5,800 to €20,000. The business currently generates approximately $45k-$130k per month in cash collected and is looking for a closer capable of taking ownership of significant sales volume. ### The Role You’ll be taking qualified sales calls generated primarily through Meta ads and organic Instagram. Current show rates are approximately 80-90%, with the existing founder/sales-manager sales process closing around 30-40%. You’ll be responsible for: - Running consultative high-ticket sales calls - Understanding the prospect’s business, goals and current challenges - Leading strong discovery rather than relying on scripted surface-level questions - Selling the transformation and outcome of the programme - Handling investment, trust, partner and previous-coaching objections - Maintaining authority and control throughout the sales process - Following up effectively with qualified prospects who don’t close on the first call - Accurately tracking your sales activity and performance The performance target for this role is approximately $100,000 in personally generated cash collected per month. ### Compensation **10-15% of cash collected**, negotiable based on experience and track record. **OTE: $10,000-$15,000+ per month** ### What We’re Looking For You should have: - 2+ years of proven high-ticket closing experience - A strong, verifiable track record of personally generated cash collected - Experience selling high-ticket coaching, consulting or similar transformation-based offers - Experience selling offers in the €5k-$20k range - Strong consultative discovery and objection-handling skills - The ability to sell confidently without relying on founder authority - Strong follow-up and pipeline management - Excellent communication and emotional intelligence - The ability to perform in an established sales environment without needing basic sales training Previous experience selling business coaching, personal branding, creator or entrepreneur-focused offers is strongly preferred. ### Schedule This can be a **full-time or part-time** role. You must be available on **weekdays** and able to cover **US and/or EU sales hours**. English fluency is required. German is a bonus, but not essential.
