About the Role We're looking for a driven and experienced High Ticket Closer to join our growing B2B marketing agency. You'll be stepping into a high-volume, warm-lead environment with a strong offer and full founder-led training to set you up for success. What You'll Be Doing Handling 8–10 warm inbound sales calls per day Closing high-ticket B2B marketing agency deals Managing and following up with prospects through the sales pipeline Representing the brand with professionalism and authority on every call What We're Looking For Proven experience as a closer, ideally in a B2B environment (not a strict requirement) A strong track record of cash collected — be ready to show your numbers Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven Bonus: Prior experience running or working with a marketing agency What We Offer $10,000+ OTE with strong earning potential Warm leads provided — no cold outreach required Direct, founder-led training and onboarding Remote, flexible working setup Ticket size: $8k–$10k.
