Closers for AI-powered Amazon arbitrage training Offer

We're looking for a full-time High-Ticket Closer to join its growing sales team. Inner Circle Academy helps entrepreneurs build and scale Amazon FBA businesses using AI-powered tools, ecommerce strategies and coaching. The company generated $3M in revenue in 2025 and is currently producing approximately $400K per month. The offer ranges from $4,000 to $12,000 and includes training, community support, group coaching, 1-to-1 coaching and DFY services. The Opportunity This is a warm-lead closing role with a strong existing funnel. Approximately 80% of closer calls come from customers who have already purchased a product ranging from $1,000 to $1,995. These customers then book an onboarding call where the closer has the opportunity to upsell them into higher-level coaching and DFY support. The remaining 20% of appointments come from setters following up with webinar attendees who did not initially purchase. The current sales team consists of 4 closers and 3 setters. What You'll Be Selling Inner Circle Academy teaches entrepreneurs how to: Identify products already performing successfully on Amazon Find competitive suppliers using AI-powered tools Build and scale Amazon FBA businesses Automate key parts of their ecommerce operation Use structured coaching and support to grow their business The available programs range from $4,000 to $12,000. Compensation 10% commission per sale $8,000 to $20,000+ monthly OTE Offer price range of $4,000 to $12,000 Base salary: Not Provided Schedule This is a full-time remote role working EST hours. You must have availability for a minimum of 100 calls per month. Saturday availability is optional. Lead Flow The majority of calls are with prospects who are already customers and have demonstrated both financial commitment and intent to build an Amazon business. Lead sources include: Paid Facebook advertising Webinar funnels Existing customers Setter-booked appointments This is primarily a warm inbound and existing-customer upsell role rather than a cold closing position. Ideal Prospect Prospects typically include: Amazon sellers struggling to grow Sellers who are not getting the results they want People who have previously invested in ecommerce courses or training Entrepreneurs actively looking for greater support, systems and coaching Ticket size: $4k–$12k.
